Inside Sales/Customer Service Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - Intermountain Wood Flooring is a wholesale hardwood flooring distributor seeking a hard working individual to join our customer service team. Our Core Purpose is " To Enhance the Quality of Life for All We Associate With ". As such, we are focused on a teamwork environment that is fast paced and customer service centered. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude with great people skills and ability to learn hardwood product lines.
Office Customer Service and Order Processing Responsibilities- primary role
Working on the order desk, helping walk-in customers, and processing orders
Answering phone calls, helping customers with inquiries
Supporting outside sales associates
Offering the best in customer service by going the extra mile
Strong computer skills required
Strong communication and team work skills required
Full time position, Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
Desired Experience: Customer service or inside sales experience required. Wholesale or B2B experience is ideal. Hardwood, flooring, woodworking, or construction industry experience is not required but is desired. Some college education is desired also but not required.
Pre-employment drug screens are required.
Compensation: Hourly, depending on experience.
