Account Manager Job Opening in austin, Texas - Account Manager ACCOUNT MANAGER Builder Homesite, Inc. Our Customer Relationship Management team is seeking a new Account Manager! This high energy, self-motivated and customer-oriented Account Manager will serve as a front-line liaison for Builder Homesite, Inc. with its client relationships. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively work independently in the pursuit of customer satisfaction, and be a solid team-member within the CRM unit. The successful candidate will take initiative, use sound judgment, and be resourceful within a fast-paced environment. This job requires significant telephone interaction with assigned builder offices to ensure client data is displayed accurately on BHI websites. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (not an inclusive listing) ? Call on builder clients to ensure integrity of data listed on BHI?s website. Must be proactive in interacting with client personnel. ? Coordinate all aspects of the customer?s product implementation from post-contract signing through implementation planning, system activation, and training. ? Interact with customers and troubleshoot problems in order to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. ? Provide direct support for customer including reporting, invoicing, and daily communication. Act as a liaison between the customer, operations team, and appropriate technical team. ? Identify individual account needs in conjunction with BHI strategy, and then develop plans to meet them. ? Collaborate frequently with Accounting, Finance and Sales teams to ensure clients meet financial obligations for services. ? Create performance indicators and tracking metrics in order to improve support to customer and overall BHI performance. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS Minimum: ? 1-2 years of client/account management experience ? Self-directed, self-motivated ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (particularly over the telephone) ? Excellent process management and organizational skills ? Excellent problem solving and analytical skills ? Ability to successfully manage multiple projects with varying timelines ? Inquisitive, takes initiative ? Ability to focus in a dynamic environment ? Sense of humor!! Preferred: ? Associate?s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields or equivalent experience ? 3 years of related experience in management ?
