Now Hiring Soft Collections Representatives for a growing healthcare business in North Canton, Ohio.
These are FT hourly positions that work a variety of shifts. We are looking to especially fill the 11:00 am - 7:30 pm Monday through Friday starting at $10.00 and up based on experience.
THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB! THIS IS NOT A COMMISSION BASED COLLECTION ROLE.
Collections representatives will call on past due accounts and be responsible for key tasks to keep members accounts current. We are looking for people who can articulate over the phone in a friendly and concise manner. You must be able to handle working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable. Key skills that are required for this role include:
Successfully collect past due amounts
Follow up on tasks
Data entry accuracy
Ability to speak clearly
Ability to trouble shoot
Ability to help grow the membership
Thorough knowledge of our health care program
Ability to answer questions about the program
Ability to save any members who want to cancel their memberships
Build, maintain, and retain positive relationships with members
Spanish speaking a PLUS
