Sales Representative (Maine Marketing Area) Job Opening in Portland, Maine - Tammac Holdings Corporation a specialty lender in the manufactured housing industry is looking for a Sales Representative to cover the Maine region. Previous experience in the manufactured housing industry and/or financial sales experienced is required.
Responsibilities will include sales calls to manufactured home dealers, manufactured home parks and brokers, within the market area, as well as performing dealer floor plan inventory checks and assisting our collection staff with field visits when necessary. The position is responsible for achieving sales goals in a competitive market with the help and guidance of Senior Management.
Successful candidates must have a good work ethic, excellent written and oral communication skills, a clean driving record and a working knowledge of the finance business.
Compensation package includes salary plus commission, company car, profit sharing, medical insurance and paid time off. EOE
