Clinical Coordinator Job Opening in Conyers, Georgia - LPN needed, preferably with at least 2-3 years medical office experience or 1-2 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. Primarily responsibility is to contribute to excellence in patient care, safety, confidentiality and comfort. Carries overall responsibility for the medical materials, supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, etc., required and used in the Practice. Responsible for planning, managing and maintaining proper clinical staffing and as such, participates in recruiting, initial interviews, direction and training of clinical staff. Assists with training and compliance of all staff with clinically related guidelines such as universal precautions, ADA, OSHA, emergency preparedness, BLS training, safety, CLIA, HIPAA and other standards. Contributes to the Practice's participation in various Quality Assurance and Incentive Programs. Works with Practice Administrator and other staff to ensure interdepartmental cooperation and to also schedule, conduct and participate in departmental and other staff meetings. Demonstrates a positive, professional image at all times for all staff to follow and supports the Practice's mission and value statements through assuring clinical staff compliance with established policies and procedures.
