Counter Sales Associate Job Opening in Gallup, New mexico - As the first face our customers see when they walk in, you should be friendly and outgoing.
Assist customers with sales, questions on products, and any other information as needed
Learn and use all cross-reference materials and find alternate product, if needed
Process orders, returns and fill out all necessary paperwork neatly and properly
Handle customer phone sales and questions as you would at the counter
Process ship outs and will call orders, as well as returns
Clean, organize and stock showroom and counter area
Maintain cash drawer
Other Duties and Responsibilites:
Assist with warehouse duties
Attend training classes
Work on special projects as assigned
Other Skills and Abilities:
Basic computer skills
Customer service approach to duties
Detail oriented
Organized and able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, prioritize and handle multiple tasks, able to operate office equipment
Good written and verbal communication skills required along with having good listening skills
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year prior customer service or sales experience
