Residential Sales Representative Job Opening in Albuquerque, New mexico - Position Summary
The solicitation, acquisition and maintenance of new customer accounts through the rental and sale of company residential products and services.
Position Requirements
Must maintain a valid New Mexico Driver?s License.
Must maintain current personal vehicle insurance to include appropriate PL & PD levels of coverage.
Must have and maintain a safe and presentable vehicle.
Must complete any required sales license course within the first 6 months of employment.
Must have a keen desire to be of service to others.
Must be willing to devote time and effort required to be successful, including evenings and weekends.
Position Responsibilities
Know your product and sales presentation intimately.
Keep informed of sales and product information.
Be able to effectively identify and communicate residential equipment installation plumbing requirements.
Work all leads given him/her in a timely manner.
Be able to self-generate new sales leads.
Prepare complete and accurate sales agreements and support documents.
Will attend weekly sales meetings as scheduled by the sales manager.
Will be available by company-supplied cell phone from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, M-F
Will participate in a weekly rotational, after-hours, on-call program.
A voluntary rotational ?floor-time? program will be offered to all residential sales representatives, with the intention of providing the opportunity to entertain walk-in customers at the company office as well as provide an office environment to complete necessary administrative functions, and have ready access to literature, customer files, and water testing facilities. Should the representative elect to participate in the program, he/she will agree to abide by all program details and responsibilities as outlined in the ?floor time? program outline provided by the sales manager.
Cooperate with management to obtain company objectives.
