We are looking for a detail oriented and highly organized Jr Accountant or to join our small fast paced and very busy office. The candidate will be able to handle all payments, billings, and record them in the company?s books.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual that wants to learn about operations to assist with general admin duties and operations for our operation assistant position.
Job Description
Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly
Records all account receivables and account payables
Process payroll in a timely manner
Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations are completed
Maintain the chart of accounts
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
Qualifications
Other tasks upon requested
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
Excellent attention to detail
Good attitude
Excellent phone manners
Written and verbal communication in English
Basic Computer skills (Microsoft outlook, word, excel)
Quickbooks experience
ASI experience (preferred)
Experience in dealing with government or government contracts (not required but a plus)
Education Requirements:
Bachelor?s in Accounting or minimum 2 years of experience in accounting

$17-30/ hr DOE
