POSITION SUMMARY
The Good Cider division has an immediate opening for a full-time, Merchandising Representative to call on retail accounts in the Southern California area. Retail and/or merchandising experience, as well as adult beverage industry knowledge required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling skills to secure new business with retailers and on-premise accounts at both the individual store and headquarter level
Regularly travel to meet with list of accounts in territory to determine possible and/or scheduled merchandising needs
Places proper point of sale materials on merchandise items in-store
Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Business Development Associate
Report to management regarding inventory levels, marketing and sales trends, and customer feedback
Achieve growth and distribution objectives
Stay abreast of business/ market conditions, intensively plan sales efforts, recognize new opportunities and maintain records
Build and develop the trust and confidence of retailers through knowledge of our products, persuasive presentations, and overcoming objections > Key Skills

Requirements
Required to be at least 21 years of age.
Required to successfully pass physical demands testing.
Valid California driver?s license and successful completion of background check.
Candidate needs to have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance (reimbursement for miles as per IRS guidelines applicable) > * No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years.
Required to lift and move 45-57 pound cases of product.
Good communication skills.
Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
