Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Redwood City, California - Job Description
Maintains all accounts files and ledger
Data entry of all relevant transactions following back up and transmission schedules
Prepare invoices and applying payments, monitoring account receivable
Processes A/P for payment , post debit and credit, calculate expenditures
Ordering office supplies
Prepare bank deposits, verify receipts
Prepare expense reimbursement as necessary
Consolidating payroll, prepare reports and summaries for AR
Filing and other administrative duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient with QuickBooks
Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, Outlook
Must be comfortable with computers, online systems and willing to learn new technologies
Strong attention to detail, able to follow directions
Job Type: Full-time
