Staff Accountant Job Opening in Costa Mesa, California - We are looking for a motivated, talented accounting professional to work in a faced paced environment in the computer industry. Our business is growing exponentially, and we need some to assist the controller and accounting staff with our day to day operations.
Job Role and Responsibilities
Assist the Controller with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the Accounting/ Finance Department
Assist in any bank or external audits
Assist the controller with weekly A/P process (check runs)
Maintain proper vendor and customer records
Accounts Payable Data Entry and management.
Accounts Receivable management
Special projects as needed
Requirements
BA/BS degree in accounting or finance
2-4 years of experience in the accounting field
Experience with accounting software, in particular, Sage or Mas products
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Want to learn in dynamic, goal-oriented environment
Excellent time management and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly
Detail oriented
Must have the ability to work legally in the US
Compensation
50-60k per year based on experience
