Regional Operations Director Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Join an exciting, growing medical practice in Oklahoma! Epiphany Dermatology is looking for happy, positive teammates to join us immediately for full-time work.
The Regional Director is responsible for assuring that multi-site operations in the geographic area operate smoothly and efficiently. This role will be responsible for clinics located within Oklahoma as well as surrounding states.
This individual will manage teammates and partner with providers to ensure the highest standard of dermatology care is provided, consistent with sound financial operations and budgets.
Responsibilities include:
Acts as the primary day-to-day administrative interface with medical providers, clinical operations, compliance, finance and human resources
Assures that each practice site and lab is fully operational during center hours
Ensures that practice sites are staffed appropriately, while adhering to labor budget
Provides sound recommendations for process improvement and issue resolution
Develops and maintains effective partnerships with clinical operations and corporate staff to assure goals and objectives are achieved
Ensures center activity meets established standards of quality, satisfying compliance with Federal, State and other applicable regulations
Works closely with senior executives, establishing productivity goals and manages progress towards those goals
Continuously seeks improvement to create or improve upon standardized tools in the organization with input from the staff and medical leadership, supports development and implementation of annual in-service education programs
Prepares monthly reports on multi-site operations for the CEO and senior executives
Assists Human Resources in the recruiting, hiring, orientation, development, and evaluation of practice staff
Partners collaboratively with CFO and billing personnel to ensure successful revenue operations and to implement. best practices for revenue cycle optimization
Leads efforts of open communication and provides constructive input for performance improvement and growth of staff
Supports the integration process of acquisitions within the region as needed
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
Knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance requirements
Knowledge of medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies
Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision-making, problem solving and conflict management
Demonstrated skill in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google computer systems, scheduling systems and applications related to role
Education & Experience:
BS in Healthcare Administration or related field from an accredited university required
Management experience required
5+ years healthcare experience in a leadership position for a multi-site practice or ambulatory environment
Healthcare experience preferred, but exceptions will be made for talented and motivated applicants
