Job Summary**
The Executive Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for strengthening physician alignment, focusing on human resources and workforce development, integration towards Population Health Management, measurable high quality across the continuum of care, assuring each operating unit is self-sustaining, contributing to the health of the communities we serve and upholding the value of excellence.
Education** Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse program. Master's degree in related field strongly preferred.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification** Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
Work Experience** 7-9 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in Quality Assurance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** Ability to utilize assertiveness, political intuitiveness, and be self- motivated. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to analyze complex issues and solve them creatively. Strong leadership skills relative to motivating and developing multi- disciplinary teams to be successful. Demonstrated training in performance improvement techniques and methods. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
