A Developer Consultant works closely with the Senior and Junior Developers on various development projects ranging from internal infrastructure projects to assisting with enterprise applications for Fortune 500 companies. This person will gain valuable experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Web Application Development, client interaction, the overall design process, project management, and various development languages and technologies. They will be immersed in a fun, energetic, hard-working culture and gain further broaden experience in software development.

Position Responsibilities :
Learn, grasp, and excel in SharePoint, including all of its power and flexibility, as well as its limitations and needs for management
Architect and develop applications or components that meet specific business needs
Development and documentation of components of projects
Participation in design and code reviews
Acting as a resource to support the efforts of Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Support
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
A Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience
1 ? 5 years of experience working as a software developer
Previous work or experience with technologies like C#, MVC, SharePoint, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, Visual Studio, and SQL
Understanding of object oriented programming concepts and familiarity with design patterns
Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile
Familiarity with source control systems and development environments
Timely and accurately organize, prioritize and complete all job responsibilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interact in a cooperative and professional manner with others and work in a team environment
Passion for learning and adaptability in the challenge of working with technology in a rapidly changing environment
