Accountant/CPA Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records and tax returns for multiple companies and individuals.
Responsibilities:
Examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
Examine yearend tax information to prepare adequate tax planning reports for individuals and businesses
Report analysis and findings to management team
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting or other related fields, at least 3 years preferred but not required
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools including software such as QuickBooks and CCH
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
