BLOX, LLC, a company located in Bessemer, Alabama is under direct contract with two of the largest healthcare providers in the country to modernize the way that complex structures are designed, built and constructed. We are actively seeking to hire the best and brightest from the construction world to join our team of builders, architects, engineers and craftsman.
Started by a team of architects and builders, BLOX is the manufacturing component of a new industry called Design Manufacture Construct. BLOX was able to over the last few years fully integrate architecture and design, with manufacturing and construction. Our earlier work includes finished modular healthcare components like bathrooms, headwalls, sink walls, foot walls, and Mechanical Electrical Plumbing racks. These prefabricated components arrive onsite, pre-inspected, ready to be placed into both existing and new structures.
We are growing so quickly that our needs change frequently. Our general strategy is to be on the lookout for great people with top notch skills & fold them into our team. The type of person we hire tends to have demonstrated excellence in one or more areas, but has the flexibility and desire to learn and develop new expertise as the company?s need and your interests require.
We are currently in need of at least two Assistant Construction Site Superintendents, as well as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Framing Leads with significant commercial construction experience who will fully embrace a new concept and help BLOX change the course of the building industry.
We are in the midst another major breakthrough in the advancement of the Design Manufacture Construct industry with the introduction of the UBER module. Our 40X15X15 steel-framed freestanding UBER Module has a fully outfitted and finished interior space that can be connected to other UBER modules. The end result is a beautiful and functional health care building built twice as fast as traditional construction and with twice the quality. Our current objective is to make the DMC method of construction cost one-half as much traditional stick-built construction.
The first seven (7) Freestanding Emergency Departments to be built with UBER modules are in Texas and Nevada, but we work throughout the United States.
