Certified Public Accountant Job Opening in Mobridge, South dakota - Lead the accounting and auditing, financial management and information technology functions of the firm; Responsible for overall financial management of the organization; Ensure proper operating effectiveness of internal controls and financial reporting; Oversee the completion of all financial statement projects and execute appropriate tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant IRS regulations; Advise on appropriate tax strategies for organization; This position provides supervision, work direction and technical guidance to accounting and bookkeeping staff. Responsible for performing complex tax preparation, tax search and tax planning for our clients. Base salary will be commensurate with experience and will include a combination of base and incentive pay (or base and bonus pay). The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to become owner of the firm in a series of acquisitions over a 7 to 10 year period (or less).
