Stone Sales Consultant Job Opening in Brooklyn, New york - Summary:
PMI International Stone Importers is an importer and distributor of premium quality Marble, Granite, Quartz and other exotic stones for both commercial and residential applications, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. We are currently seeking to hire a bright, ambitious, design savvy individual who can assist our clients in the stone selection process. This is an entry level position with great opportunity for advancement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and e-mails
Greet customers and direct inquiries.
Perform detailed product presentations.
Consult with clients providing technical and design advice to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
General office duties such as copying, faxing and order processing.
All interested applicants must possess:
High School Diploma
Minimum 2+ years in customer service and sales
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members and customers
An interest in interior design/architecture
Mature, responsible and dependable
Flexible schedule including mandatory weekends.
