At this time we are seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Client Account Specialist Position Overview The Client Account Specialist serves as the primary contact for clients when transitioned to Support by the Project Manager, and is responsible for servicing clients with all post-implementation and support related issues for state or local government agencies. Essential Functions and Responsibilities (Included but are not limited to) � Assesses the type of service call placed by the client and route the call accordingly. � Gathers requirements for enhancement requests, including reports and forward to Account Manager for pricing. � Tracks client support issues and provide status updates to client. � Leads monthly checkpoint meetings with client. � Coordinates special requests from client that fall outside the scope of the support and maintenance agreement and facilitate these requests with internal services providers including data conversion, development, training, documentation and billing {Such request may include additional training, documentation, system demonstration, network or hardware related issues and additional system enhancements.} � Works with Project Manager and client to implement modules covered under the original contract, but deferred until after go-live. Education and Experience � 2 or more years continued experience with customer service for proprietary products. � Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills � Ability to multi-task � Knowledge of relational databases, SQL preferred Thank you for your interest in Iron Data.
