Responsibilities:
Customer billing processing under a multi-company environment:
Processing customer invoices
Sending out invoices and other related support through mail or electronically
Full cycle accounts payable processing:
Enter vendor invoices ? with 3 way match
Resolve invoice discrepancies with buyers
Process vendor claims
Process vendor check runs ? print/mail checks
Scan A/P documents
Maintain vendor information/files
Respond to vendor inquires
Provide credit reference information
Provide resale certificates to vendors
Banking
Reconciliation of A/P related general ledger accounts
Assisting in monthly bank reconciliations
Setting up wire for :

2 yr degree in accounting or finance, desired
3+ yrs experience in full cycle accounts payable in a manufacturing environment
Strong computer background ? Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Internet
Strong mathematical aptitude
Knowledgeable about accounting procedures and terms
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Team oriented with excellent customer service skills
