CFO Job Opening in Hopkins, Minnesota - Immediate need for CFO/Controller in Southwest Minneapolis suburbs for a growing development company.
This role will be dealing with various development projects, project and corporate cost accounting, working with bankers, raising money and offering documents etc. This role will be working very closely with the CEO. The role itself will be all encompassing finance and accounting functions.
Duties include:
-Corporate accounting
-Project and cost accounting
-Working with bankers and investors on capital raising
-Financial budgeting, planning and analysis
-10 years of finance and accounting experience
Either Real Estate or REIT experience OR Renewable Energy industry experience is a required
