Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Maintain the relationship by consulting with customers from initial contact to post-sale
Recommend the right products by uncovering customers' current and future needs
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Remain current with the telecom industry and related technology
Develop and maintain knowledge of all product lines
Close sales and achieve a monthly sales quota with emphasis on profitability
Requirements
4 years Selling Telecom or Communication software
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Experience working with MS CRM preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent
