Line Cook - Rocky Mountains Alberta Job Opening in palm springs, California - Line Cook - Rocky Mountains Alberta Moraine Lake Lodge offers an exciting work opportunity in the most beautiful location in the Canadian Rockies. The lodge is located 15 minutes from Lake Louise, AB and visited each summer by approximately 450,000 people! We are looking for team members who are passionate about guest service, the beautiful outdoors and wanting a valuable hospitality experience. We provide excellent training, fun team member activities, and an opportunity to live, work, explore and play in Canada?s Rocky Mountain National Parks. We are currently recruiting a Line Cook. As a part of the Moraine Lake Lodge culinary team, you are responsible for food and guest service in the Walter Wilcox Dining Room and Team Member meals. Main duties include; preparing, cooking and presenting meals, communicating needs and concerns to Executive Chef and maintaining a positive team environment. Qualifications: ?Must be 100% guest service oriented, have excellent people skills with a positive & upbeat personality, ?Minimum 1 year of culinary experience, ?Food Safe certificate and knowledge of health concerns, ?Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures, ?CPR and First Aid Certificate an asset, and ?Second language an asset. ?Please Note: In order to provide our guests with an exceptional and consistent level of service, we require team members that will commit to our lodge for the entire working season late May ? early October.
