Develop an understanding of inside sales process
Manage customers in given territory
Operate procedure from PO booking to shipping
Maintain CRM
Respond to sales inquiry
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Visiting potential customers for new business
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
Providing customers with quotations
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Gathering market and customer information
Providing feedback on future buying trends
Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Liaising with management to check on progress of existing orders
Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
1-2 yrs sales/inside sales experience a plus
High school or equivalent required
Japanese language a plus
