Data Verification Specialist (Verification Coordinator)

Primary Responsibilities
Navigate software applications including but not limited to websites and other software tools and applications to perform credentialing activities
Data enter information into software applications from electronic images
Completion of all on-line verification tasks, coordination of completion of all off-line tasks
Accurately complete all work-tasks and seek training or management assistance when uncertain
Use when representing Aperture in all external communications to primary sources and practitioner offices. Phone verification and follow-up required
Skills and Qualifications
Successfully organize and prioritize tasks to ensure activities are completed on time
Communicate, both written and verbal, with external parties representing the organization to collect information
Strict adherence to proprietary and confidential information
Use computers (keyboard / mouse actions) and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Detail-oriented and able to independently manage a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously to meet the organization's business objectives

Education
High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
