Director of Talent Management Job Opening in Bowling Green, Kentucky - Med Center Health is currently seeking an outcomes focused leader with a strong background in organizational development, talent acquisition and retention and ongoing employee performance management for the position of Director of Talent Management. The Director of Talent Management functions as a lead strategic member of the Human Resources Department in developing and implementing programs and policies that will attract, develop and retain high performing people necessary in achieving Med Center Health?s mission, vision and values. The position will work within a team environment and directs the planning, implementation and administration of corporate Med Center Health employee , talent acquisition and retention functions.
The successful candidate must have four years Human Resources management experience with significant experience in talent assessment, acquisition and workplace effectiveness. A Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required and a Master?s degree is preferred. Previous experience working in a healthcare organization is a plus as well as Human Resources professional certifications.
