Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for effective communication with clients, vendors, and staff throughout our entire customer life-cycle process
Ability to understand what makes Swan Creek unique, and educate our clients on our products and services
Responsible for meeting with clients to discuss project plans in our showroom, or at the construction site
Design plans and pricing leading to the sale of cabinets and any related products and services as needed
Assist clients through the Swan Creek selection process
Ability to document ongoing client choices and needs, and to understand when it is necessary to consult with our staff or vendors regarding these needs
Responsible for learning our customer life-cycle processes
Plans and paces own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related goals
Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers
Requirements:
Ability to multi-task
Experience providing outstanding customer service
Excellent attendance
May be required to perform specific tasks that involve lifting, pushing or kneeling
Work is performed adjacent to a production environment and occasionally at construction sites; subject to temperature variations, increased noise levels and dust
Knowledge of safety procedures
Willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
A Valid Driver?s License
Desirable:
The ideal candidate will possess a background in the construction trades or interior design
Thrives on effective communication and multi-tasking
Enjoys working in a continuously changing environment
Mastery of any design software tool ? we will want you to learn ours
Formal project management training or experience
Familiarity with CRM software
Comfortable responding to sales objections
Full time position ? our showroom is open from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, and Saturdays from 8am to 12 noon.
Compensation is worked out on an individual basis to commensurate with experience.
