Regional Sales Representative Job Opening in Midlothian, Virginia - *REQUIRED: Minimum 3 years outside sales natural stone experience
Principal Accountabilities
Meet or exceed sales quotas and help identify revenue opportunities within the territory
Prospect, qualify, and generate sales/leads with the company?s established partners and other lead sources (i.e. homeowners, architects, designers, K & B?s, etc.)
Visit customers throughout each month to ensure all customer needs are being met
Other Essential Functions
Increase Natural Stone and Neolith sales through weekly stone promotions and all other necessary means
Negotiate payments that are beneficial to the company while still satisfying and meeting our customer?s needs
Complete and maintain all necessary Built In Display forms
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product details
Track all account activity and follow ups in Salesforce
Educate customers through detailed product
Assist and back up staff, as needed for events and trade shows
Complete all other duties as requested from supervisor
Working conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit, stand, and talk. The team member must be able to lift up to fifty pounds on occasion.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years outside sales natural stone experience
HS diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred
Minimum two (2) years Design experience preferred
Minimum two (2) years Customer Service experience
Proven sales experience with a track record of overachieving a quota
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone presence Strong listening and presentations skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Competency in MS Office, and Salesforce is preferred
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-oriented focus
