Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Warren, Michigan - Our fast-paced plastics distribution business needs an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves taking incoming calls, working with customers to determine their needs, entering and expediting orders through an Oracle based system. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and orders promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We experience an extremely high call volume, so it?s important to maximize your time on the phone before moving on to the next caller. In the future, this position might include outgoing calls as well. Knowledge of plastics or at least one year of experience in a distribution environment is a huge plus, a Bachelor's degree in a business acumen is preferred, but degrees in progress will be considered.
