SUMMARY
Responsible for promoting products and closing the sale on all insulation, gutters, shelving, mirror and glass products in Broward / Dade County.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Capable of identifying and pursuing prospective customers.
Delivers company value proposition to customers to influence sales
Diligently and consistently follows up on all customer proposals to close sales and gain customer insight
Recommends products, materials and services based on customers? needs and interests. Provides product knowledge and expertise to current and potential customers.
Meets expectations for proposal volumes and closing sales ratios.
Monitors market conditions, product innovations and competitors? products, prices and sales.
Works majority of time outside of the office conducting sales calls, providing proposals, generating new business leads, account management
Communicate company safety program to customers at the inception of contact or sale by inspecting job sites to identify any safety concerns
Manages customer experience from initial sale to project completion, including incoming phone calls and walk-ins requesting sales information
Independence of Action ? Results are defined. Partner with Division Manager and Regional Sales Manager or Sales Manager to set goals and determine how to obtain results with some guidelines. Manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.

Working knowledge of understanding and reading blueprints.
Required Experience
Minimum experience: 1+ years in sales
Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.): Construction Industry Experience
Legal Age Requirements: At least 18 years of age
