THE SUPPORT: You will receive the support of our office and team of assistants. We also have one of the most robust CRM and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Unlike most real estate teams, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the details which will free you to focus on the leads that we will supply so you can set appointments for our team! You get paid hourly plus a solid bonus when that buyer or seller closes on a home! We pay for the advertising, the support staff, and the latest technology. YOU GET ON THE PHONE AND SELL!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU : A resume needs to be submitted in order to be considered for the position.
The most successful candidates will be self-motivated with great time-management who strive to meet the highest standards of customer service, integrity, and quality. Our inside sales team must be willing and able to work independently with limited supervision and guidance but also comfortable with sales team discussions and collaborative projects. We prefer someone who lives and works near our Woodbridge, VA office.
Qualifications Requirements
Two years or more experience (in related industries or sales)
Understanding of client?s needs, and ability to communicate solution values of AJT services
Meet/exceed assigned lead conversion goals
Assist with Sales Operations and Back office Support for field sales (quotes, marketing campaigns, follow up)
Team player attitude but no fear of working independently from time to time
Excellent communication, presentation, business writing, time management, and project management skills
Attention to detail
Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of general administrative tools (Google for Business)
Experience with BoomTown and/or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
Bachelors degree preferred, not required
Real estate sales experience preferred but not a must
