In Home Sales Consultant Job Opening in Richmond, Virginia - In Home Sales Consultant needed for a Home Improvement Company with an office off Dickens Rd in Richmond VA.
This position will report directly to the District Manager. Consultant is responsible for selling home improvement solutions for: Windows, Doors, Siding, Roofing, and Gutters. Leads are provided and set for you. Top reps generate additional income on referrals and some light canvasing.
Aspen prides itself on being a family owned and operated business, that uses high quality materials and skilled labor for installation. We are not the cheapest option out there, nor do we have any interest in being so. This position requires skills selling on value and not price.
This is a commission only position, however, there is guaranteed training pay while the new hire learns more about Aspen and our products. Commission rates range from 5% to 24%.
Average reps make $50,000 per year; good reps make $75,000; and awesome reps make over $100,000.
