Accounting ? Accounts Payable/Resales Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Well-established property management company in the South Park area looking to add to their accounting staff. This position is responsible for two areas, assist with accounts payables and assist with the resales process. This position relies heavily on ones attention to detail. Candidate must be detail oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter vendors into the system
Collect W9?s and COI?s
Code invoices
Research accounts payables questions
Move in/out homeowners into the system
Send out welcome packets
Answer resale phone calls/emails
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of accounting or equivalent business experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
