Summary We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Area Retail Shop Manager to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art locations in South Florida! The Area Shop Manager is fiscally responsible for inventory plan, gross margin, sales plan, overall merchandising and staff management. Directs and motivates the sales team in three Equinox Shops to ensure we provide the highest level of customer service to each and every person entering our shops. Communicates business strategy and action plans to all staff to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with all company policies and procedures. Functions as the Shop MOD in both Shop locations.
