Who we?re looking for: The candidate we seek will have 7 to 10 years of experience including but not limited to the following technologies:
Restful API, , C#, HTML5, JavaScript, Node JS, Angular, JQuery, JSON, XML, Breeze JS, Sencha, Ext JS and Sencha Touch, SQL Server,Big Data (Hadoop Stack, Apache Spark).
Pluses:
Avaya APIs, Dialogic APIs
The Architect will assist in building both internal business applications as well as commercial telephony integrated products.
What you?ll be Doing: The Architect/Engineer will be responsible for an extensive API designed for an internal / commercial contact center application. The Architect will review the existing libraries and APIs and design the assist in the design of the features moving forward. The Architect will also be responsible for designing and building enhancements to the API as well as integrating with telephony APIs and other commercial APIs. The Architect will also be responsible for migration efforts, managing internal development resource and assisting the EVP IT in managing overseas dev team and various projects.
