We are looking for experienced, energetic, goal oriented 1099 sales professionals looking to make a positive impact on patients? lives, while meeting financial and personal goals selling medical ancillary solutions. Specializing in but not limited to: Surgical Devices, Cancer Genomics, Chronic Care Management, Lab Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical and Medical/Surgical Services are just some of what we offer. We hold ourselves to a very high standard and we are looking for those like-minded individuals.
Expand YOUR book of business and provide superior service to healthcare providers and your community. Medcillary is a medical marketing group and healthcare consulting company. We provide the latest medical ancillary products and services.
Currently we are seeking an elite team of medical sales representatives to carry out our product lines and services regarding the latest surgical devices and more.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of related medical sales experience is required.
A STRONG understanding of medical ancillary products and services (i.e. cancer genomics pharmacogenetics, amniotic injectable , synthetic grafts etc.)
A true passion for providing high quality care and ancillary solutions to your community
Passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership of products and services you are providing.
Strong consultative selling skills, and proven capability to close technical sales.
Ability to effectively prepare, present and promote Medcillary product lines and services.
Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
Following extensive product training, the employee must be able to tailor Medcillary?s promotional message based upon knowledge of the customer, advise on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions about product functionality and distinguish Medcillary solutions from those of competitors.
Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products.
Familiarity with and the ability to apply, train and use laboratory testing terminology in labs and hospitals
2 or more new clinic site visits per week
200 samples/scripts per month to maintain sales goals
Must adhere rigidly to all GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA.

1099 commission based salary
This is a contract to hire medical sales representative position. Each contractor or employee must present a professional image of Medcillary. Must have an understanding of the critical relationships that we have with our vendors and customers and treat them accordingly. This position will also be responsible for various administrative duties and account management duties.

Salary: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 /year
