Summary: Develop strategic marketing initiatives that promote and enhance Legacy Healthcare Services (LHS) service model and reputation with our customer base, referral sources, payers and LHS employees. Organize and oversee the execution of campaigns, programs and platforms across multiple, simultaneous projects that advance LHS?s market presence and market share.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to build effective, collaborative relationships with organizational leadership to understand the business challenges and corporate initiatives and then identify and develop a successful marketing strategy to address.
Identify opportunities for clients to differentiate themselves and elevate their reputation among referral sources for census retention and enhancement.
Conceptualize and execute creative and differentiated strategies, programs and tools that support LHS and its client?s strategic objectives.
Craft and hone key messages for gaining and retaining customers through all levels of the organization: with the end goal of meeting both individual site caseload goals and overall company new business development goals.
Directs marketing training to LHS managers and other identified field personnel that results in increased consistency and competency with messaging to referral sources and payers.
Creates measurement and metrics to validate success of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business or closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with 3 years in healthcare setting preferred.
Considerable knowledge of marketing principles, practices and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on market strategies to meet company objectives.
Experienced in developing and managing the marketing budget with a vision for short and long term needs and regional support staff requirements to meet marketing objectives.
