THE JOB: The role of SALES SPECIALIST contributes to the success of Aitoro Appliance by maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services, using this knowledge to sell products and services to our customers.
Provides customer service to Aitoro Appliance customers
Sells products and services
Continually expands knowledge of products and services
Helps to maintain visual standards and cleanliness within department
Communicates and cooperates with other staff and management team
Building and maintaining customer relationships to promote customer loyalty, gain referrals and elevate positive word-of-mouth advertising
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Previous sales and customer service experience (preferred)
2+ years proven experience in sales or relevant sales experience
Must have an exceptional personality, a great attitude, and the desire to succeed
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
Must be able to operate Windows based system and internet functions
Ability to thrive in a self-motivated environment
