Inside Sales and Business Development Associate Job Opening in Woonsocket, Rhode island - Abacus Health Products, LLC is the maker of the CBD CLINIC? product line of cannabis infused pain management ointment and creams. Due to dynamic and rapid growth, we are in immediate need of a highly motivated, highly organized inside sales associate who enjoys being in a fast-paced environment and who thrives on the pursuit of the next sale. What you are helping sell and promote are revolutionary products that help people relieve their pain with patented skin cream technology infused with the medicinal components of the cannabis plant. Our primary market is that of the health and wellness professionals who treat patients with a variety of painful ailments. These include but are not limited to: Chiropractors, Physical Therapist, Massage Therapists, Naturopathic Physicians, Acupuncturists, Pain Management physicians, etc. We also have just launched a direct to consumer product line geared for online and brick and mortar sales. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day following up on warm and hot trade-show leads as well as cold-calling targets with no prior contact. - Independently research online and search for new business opportunities and aggressively and tirelessly pursuing them - Utilize CRM system to keep track of prospects, leads, customers and all follow-up activities. - Competitively selling to capture product category market share - Account management and interfacing with large distribution companies who are already our customer
Qualifications are:
- Proven inside sales experience preferably with some facet of the health and wellness industry - Inside sales to both consumers as well as B2B - High proficiency in online research and creative thinking for new business opportunities - Enthusiastic and professional phone presence - Ability to ask open ended questions and gain market intelligence and product feedback - Ability to grasp and understand medical and scientific information and relay to customers
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
