The Automobile Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for answering and providing excellent customer service to our customer base. Responsibilities:
This position demands a performer who excels in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment. Managing Aftermarket is an exciting opportunity; actively selling National Leading Products and Manufacturer accessories.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Process orders, credits and requests
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:

Requirements:
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals
4 year degree preferred but not necessary
Knowledge of automotive parts or automotive industry preferred
Experience in call center
