SUMMARY: The Sales Audit Analyst is responsible for auditing revenue and reconciling cash for assigned centers. Additionally, this position must research and correct problems associated with the P&L statements, and communicate findings and issues to Operations and Loss Prevention.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit revenue for 30-40 centers on a daily basis.
Daily automated bank reconciliations of 30-40 centers.
Daily review of event contracts to ensure accurate account receivable balances.
Communicate with centers on discrepancies with over/short variances and missing or late deposits. Monitor and follow up on all missing information.
Prepare journal entries to the general ledger for all centers within the assigned districts.
Ensure that data from the POS system is posted correctly.
Monitor NSF activity for assigned centers.
Review/Approve monthly inventories and analyze COS for assigned centers.
Monitor lottery reporting and verify bank statements.
Research and correct problems associated with P&L statements.
Manual reconciliations for various accounts.
Review paid out report week.
Knowledgeable of Accounting Principles.
Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, strong Excel skills.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor?s Degree preferred in Accounting or Business with 4-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
