National Sales Manager Job Opening in Springdale, Arkansas - National Sales Manager
Family owned, American manufacturer of high quality construction and mining consumable accessories seeks National Sales Manager. This position is located in Northwest Arkansas and would be responsible for developing and maintaining sales development domestically and potentially internationally.
Salary and incentives are commensurate to your experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead sales personnel toward achievement of sales objectives. Provide leadership through effective communication, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary. Maintain key customer contacts to insure open communications and attainment of mutual strategic goals. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Lead and coordinate nine regional sales managers while establishing and developing relationships with new and existing customers. Fully utilize current CRM system to maximize efficiency. Recommend, review, and monitor programs to control sales expense and maximize the results of those expenditures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s Degree in related discipline preferred or / and 7-10 years? experience in related industry.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- International experience a plus.
- Initially 50% travel expected to client sites across the country.
