The Inside Sales Administrator role is instrumental in the advancement of our company. Duties and Responsibilities
Creating quotes for our Sales Agencies and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
Submits quotes by referring to price lists and product literature.
Providing Technical Support to customers regarding product issues
Following up on existing quotes and forecasting future sales
Maintaining email requests and providing outstanding service to Sales Agencies and customers
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Skills and Qualifications
General computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office and Google Apps) and professional etiquette
The ability to absorb and retain information through note taking and study
Excellent organization and time management skills
Comfortably communicating via email and phone calls
Strong listening and speaking skills are required
Must be a motivated individual with career aspirations

Our hours of operations are Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm. This is a 40 hr/week full-time position with health, vision and dental insurance after probationary period is met. Paid vacation is available upon completion of first year of employment as well as a competitive 401k plan.
