Account Manager - Software Sales Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - The Account Manager works as a member of the sales team tasked with the care of existing customer base, in addition to creating new opportunities for additional product sales, training and professional services within our customer base and new accounts. The successful incumbent will successfully deliver solutions to the targeted client base with the goal of positioning Vanguard Integrity Professionals as a market leader known for knowledge, innovation, agility and service. This is an office-based position which the incumbent will exclusively use telephone and other remote equipment to communicate with clients. Reasonable accommodations will be made for the incumbent to perform the following tasks:
Keep up to date sales records accurately in current CRM system to prepare sales reports, prepare monthly forecast and to manage sales cycle.
Remain knowledgeable of company's product/service to facilitate sales efforts.
Participate in customer/user training and other sales related seminars.
Maintain positive customer relationships and strive to maximize product/services satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with current customers and services accounts.
Works as part of a team and effectively participates in per level coaching,
Acquire and maintain knowledge of and leverage all available internal resources for the benefit of Vanguard Integrity Professionals, our clients and employees.
Participates in periodic account reviews with sales management meetings.
Maintains daily call metrics, as required.
Liaison with management team and colleagues to accurately prepare customer quotes.
Maintain call and all associated sales quota requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or related discipline preferred.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of inside sales experience for a software or technology company.
Enterprise and mainframe information security background highly desired.
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Experience working within contemporary CRM systems.
Demonstrated experience working with current office computer (PC literacy), and contemporary software tools, i.e., Microsoft Office. Must type 35 WPM.
High energy and self-motivated with the ability to work in a privately-owned , very entrepreneurial, team environment.
Ability to work independently and be productive.
Relationship selling via the phone experience desired.
