Construction Accountant
We are a leading environmental abatement company looking for a Construction Accountant. This person will work under the management of the Controller. The individual must have a Bachelor?s degree and a minimum of 3 years of Accounting experience.
Responsibilities
Monitor payroll wages, union benefits, taxes, and employee garnishments.
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable system.
Support process improvement for Accounting group.
Generate project billings for six Project Managers.
Collaborate with Project Managers on project assignments from inception to closeout.
Conduct performance reports on Key Performing Indicators.
Provide project compliance reports for individual construction jobs.
Deliver supportive pricing on key project variables to Project Estimators ? labor, material, equipment, waste, and miscellaneous.
Qualifications
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
4 Years of Accounting Experience
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Bachelor?s Degree
