Attending to all the needs of Guests; answering the phone, making reservations, checking guests in and out. ? Efficient operation of Comp. system, cash handling, dealing with credit card transactions, balance check. ?Working with Housekeeping with regard to rooms; and general administration duties. ? Perform accurate bucket checks of all in-house registration cards & MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: ?Must have Excellent Communications Skills - Respond to guest?s requests for immediate repair with a smile. ?Must have Excellent Guest Service Skills & be able to leave a lasting POSITIVE impression ?Must have 1 Full year of experience working as front desk at a Hotel.
