Role & Responsibilities Overview: A Project Manager within Onsite is the primary resource to manage and deliver Project Plans to our clients. This position has responsibility for specific phases of the project management lifecycle from planning, execution and project closure. This role will work with Sales, Operations, Finance and outside partners to complete tasks related to each project. Project Managers will work directly with clients and will require solid planning, communication and documentation skills to be successful.
Purpose To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, values, commitments and goals.
This role has three main areas of responsibility:
Sales Support ? Assist the sales team with pricing proposals as needed. Design, price and document service solutions and deliver operational documents and plans to the sales team. Assist with on line demos and account on boarding. Work to grow account relationships with the sales team by building trust and confidence with each opportunity to provide service.
Client Services ? Ensure projects and clients are being managed and supported through the life of each project. This will require strong communication and problem resolution skills ensuring each client is supported and satisfied with results. A Project Manager will wear many hats while managing projects which include duties ranging from management to administrative.
Team Building ? You will interact with many areas of the company to deliver project results for clients. Developing and maintaining good relationships is critical. The project manager will manage additional direct administrative resources as needed, internal operational teams and interact with field service technician.

Base Salary

Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project budgets
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Quality assurance
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
