Our client is manufactured housing community. They are currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Sales and Leasing Consultant for their mobile home residential community in Las Cruces, NM, TX. The Bilingual Sales and Leasing consultant will sale and lease residential units on the property, providing excellent customer service, while increasing revenue growth.

Essential Functions: - MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH)
Use Sales and Leasing skills , presentation, and closing experience to lease/sell residential homes in the community.
Lease rental inventory to qualified applicants
Evaluate potential inventory purchases for Management review
Write and place effective advertising as directed by Management
Offer insurance on all sale transactions
Collect site and loan payments in writing, in person and via phone
Perform sales office duties as directed by Management
Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
Create and maintain a positive Community environment
Communicate policies and procedures
Create and ensure a safe work environment
Follow safety precautions and procedures
Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individual?s work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents * Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor

Required Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior Leasing and Customer Experience is a Must!
