Physician Recruitment Coordinator ( Entry -level ) Job Opening in Bronx, New york - Coordinator will provide support to the Physician recruiters. Our team is looking for an exceptional team player with great communication skills. We are a hardworking but fun team this is a great opportunity for a college graduate to learn physician recruitment with a growing healthcare organization.
The Physician Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for targeting potential doctors. This is an entry level position ( Also , if you are afraid of the phone : making calls and answering lots of calls, this is not the right position )
Duties
Reaching out to potential physician candidates, presenting opportunities to physicians within different settings within the medical group
Use multiple networking channels and recruitment websites, providing pre-screened candidates to physician recruiter
Responsible for developing a pipeline of physician candidates of all specialties
Post jobs on available job boards and manage them, keeping updated at all times
Qualifications Bachelor?s degree Self-directed and motivated
Good communication skills
