Membership Sales & Marketing Manager Job Opening in Morgantown, West virginia - Scope:
Defense In Depth would like to offer an exciting new career opportunity to work in the largest indoor shooting range in West Virginia. The Membership Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of Defense In Depth's membership products, training programs, and event bookings by making sales calls on local business and groups while also designing focused marketing campaigns to achieve those goals.
Responsibilities:
Achieve new membership sales quotas. Employee will be responsible for spending up to 60% of their week traveling within a 45 minute drive of Defense in Depth?s facility to network with community leaders and business owners and sell membership, training, and event products.
Design and execute exciting member exclusive events and promotions to retain member ba
Design and execute Defense In Depth's marketing and advertising campaigns including but not limited to: billboards, TV, radio, print, direct mail, newsletters, social media, and in-store advertising.
Utilize data mining techniques for directed target marketing.
Prepare quarterly marketing and budget allocation plans.
Train staff on membership selling techniques and strategies.
Market, price, and sell creative event packages such as team building events, corporate parties, birthdays, meeting events, retreats, etc.

Uphold all company policies and ensure that event employees, facilities and equipment meet all federal, state, ABLE, Health Department, ATF and OSHA regulations
Requirements:
Proven inside sales experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and successful track record of cold call sales.
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Familiarity with shooting range and firearms industry preferred.
Compensation:
$40,000 Base Salary
$14,000 annual incentive compensation award paid quarterly against target goals.
Additional incentive compensation: 10% of revenue above target goals.
